Hi, I'm Chris Kavanagh

I am Chris. I got into this space in 2020, and Jeremy Miner, one of the biggest sales coaches in the world, hired me. I became his top setter. From there I started managing and building setting teams, and then I moved into doing my own recruitment and sales management for DM and phone setting teams. Along the way I have worked with some of the biggest names in the space.

Here is what all of it taught me. Good talent is hard to find. Most operators do not have the systems, or the right people underneath them, to develop that talent once they have it. And keeping those reps, scaling them, and attracting more is a different game on top of that.

Let me be straight about why I built this. I am a recruiter. Recruiters make their money on paid placements, so on paper I am the last person who should be handing you the systems to do this yourself.
